Note from Annie Bodley Scott
The GHLBC Women’s Novice Championships were held on Saturday, August 23. Three of our ladies entered the competition.
Anne Arden, Janice Goshulak and Susan Gilberstad played a Round Robin on a scorching hot Saturday.
All three ladies played very well and demonstrated the success of their training and club play.
Janice won both of her two games and will represent Gordon Head at the BSI competition on Saturday, August 30/31.
Annie will go with Janice as Coach and I am sure the Club wishes her all the best for an enjoyable weekend meeting and competing with players from other clubs.
